Do you apply Covid-19 rules? 

• • • We give courses in a hotel facility. Thus the COVID-19 rules that apply are those from the hotel. The rules may change over time and we will give you all information upfront so you can comfortably sit in the classroom. The current rules applying are the 2G, meaning only students who are fully vaccinated or showing a certificate of recovery can access the hotel facility. No PCR or antigenic test is accepted anymore. Please reach out to us in case of doubt. We are eager to find solutions if you are not in this case. 

Is there a minimum attendance for running a course? 

• • • Yes. In general terms, a minimum of 8 participants is required for running a course.

Can I apply for the WSET Diploma at LWSA? 

• • • LWSA is an approved program provider up to Level 3 award in wines. We do not provide Level 4 (Diploma) yet. You can find an approved program provider by checking out the WSET website at www.wsetglobal.com. At LWSA we appreciate the work made by our colleagues at Wisp (www.wisp-campus.com), WSET school in Bordeaux and Paris providing the L4 in wines. LWSA has no interest in Wisp. 

Do you provide other courses than WSET awards in wines? 

• • • Not yet, but we are working on it! We are looking at courses in japanese sake, spirits and beer. Bear with us in 2022!

In which languages do you provide courses? 

• • • We teach WSET levels 1 to 3 in English and French. Check out the next course in our calendar or ask us at contact@lwsa.lu.

Do you provide online courses? 

• • • Not yet. However, the COVID-19 situation drives us to reflect on this opportunity for 2022.

Where do you source your wines from for courses? 

• • • Excellent question! not easy to answer because we need wines from all over the world and there is no one single place to get everything we need. We use online shops, wholesalers, physical shops or importers like wineselect.lu, vinoz.lu, Taste of Africa ...
