The world is a massive chain of volcanoes – producing some amazing wines

Italy, USA, France, Chili, Japan, New Zealand, Hungary, and many more geographies sit on old or young volcanoes. Vine growers have never been afraid of extreme conditions to produce grapes.

But….can we taste difference between a wine made out of a volcanic soil and a wine made out of another type of soil?

We will explore this in this 2 hours session on the 31st of August.

Prepare yourself to be surprised, to taste things you would not expect and discover grape varieties you may have never heard of. .

This course is suitable for any person, connoisseur or not.
