Achieve the WSET Level 1 award in wine. \nDive into an immersive day where you’ll discover wine styles\, better understand what you’re tasting\, and learn the principles of wine and food pairing. \nThis course is designed for anyone starting out in the world of wine — enthusiasts\, amateur\, pro­fes­sion­als in career transition\, or those in the hospitality industry. \nNo prior knowledge is required\, just the desire to learn\, taste\, and gain a deeper understanding. \nAn approachable\, enriching\, and practical experience\nThroughout the day\, you’ll explore the major wine types and styles\, discover emblematic grape varieties\, and learn to method­i­cal­ly describe wine using the WSET Level 1 systematic approach to tasting (SAT®) system. \nYou’ll taste a selection of 9 carefully chosen wines rep­re­sent­ing different styles and types\, com­ple­ment­ed by fun and educational activities. \nYou will also be shown how to properly serve and store a bottle according to best practices\, and learn the principles of successful food and wine pairing. \nYou wish to know more about the course detail and outcomes\, check the spec­i­fi­ca­tions \nOne day course\, a global recognition\nIn just one day course\, you will be equiped with the ground knowledge from which you will be able to further develop your wine culture.\nThe course culminate with an official exam consisting in a 30 multiple choice ques­tion­naire. Upon success to this exam\, you will receive your WSET Level 1 award and a pin\, so you enter the official WSET family. \nWSET at Wengler Education\nLuxembourg Wine & Spirits Academy features WSET education from Wengler Education\, a WSET approved program provider for Luxembourg.
